A synchronization kit open and close 2 bi-part doors at the same time…
WHAT IT DOES?
It will connect 2 bi-part doors mainly through a cable and 2 pulleys. When you open one door, the second one will also open at the same time. Same for door closing.
HOW IT WORKS?
The pulleys are installed at both ends of the track while brackets are installed on the top of the doors. Driving angle plate and plate with spring are installed on top of the doors. Then the cable is installed making the doors slide simultaneously.
Depending on the sliding hardware, the synchronization kits are different, but they always provide the same function. They can be installed on a sliding system that is ceiling mounted or wall mounted.
